PSC: Solar Plus Storage Pilot Business Case

Develop a business case that quantifies the financial opportunity for Georgia hospitals to adopt solar and battery storage through Georgia Power's Solar Plus Storage Pilot, comparing customer-directed and utility-directed models with Boston Medical Center's Clean Power Prescription Program, to support hospital adoption decisions and demonstrate the pilot's viability for expansion.

  • Building the financial case for Atlanta hospitals (Emory and CHOA) to join Georgia Power's Solar Plus Storage Pilot, modeling both customer- and utility-directed pathways and benchmarking against Boston Medical Center's program.
  • Deliverables: Financial models with sensitivity analyses, a comparative business case report, an executive summary of key metrics (NPV, payback, savings, carbon reduction), and a pitch deck for hospital leadership.
