Our Mission

Sustainable Business Group (SBG) is Emory’s premier sustainability consulting organization, dedicated to cultivating a vibrant community for those passionate about the convergence of business and sustainability. We empower all Atlanta and Oxford undergraduates with the knowledge, connections, and experiences necessary to thrive in this evolving field. SBG actively provides pro-bono Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) consulting services to local & global businesses, helping them implement impactful strategies while preparing students to work effectively in consulting. These efforts are complemented by hosting guest speakers, educational presentations regarding sustainability in the workforce, professionalism building workshops, and networking events with local Atlanta company leaders, offering students a platform to gain industry insights and build meaningful professional connections in the ever-growing world of green business.
